Shipping Policy 

 

Delivery Coverage:

Our shipping services primarily cover Malaysia and Singapore. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses at this time. Shipping to other international addresses can be arranged upon request. Please contact us for more details.

 

Shipping Timelines:

Order cut off time is 2:00 pm. We strive to process and dispatch orders as promptly as possible. Our standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days once payment is completed. Customer may use the tracking information given via email to check the delivery status. 


Delivery Lead Time:

Standard delivery is usually within 2 to 3 business days for West Malaysia and 5 to 7 business days for East Malaysia and Singapore.  Please keep in mind that these timeframes are subject to the performance of the courier company.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances, peak seasons (i.e. public holidays, festive season, sales season etc) or public holidays might occasionally cause slight delays. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a guide commencing from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by any customs clearance processes.

 

Delivery Partner:

We use Ninja Van as the shipping carriers for all paid shipping deliveries.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on value of your order and delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your order.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and whereabouts of your shipment.

 

Address Accuracy:

To ensure successful delivery, please double-check the accuracy of your shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Delivery Attempts:

Our delivery partners will make maximum 2 attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful after second attempts, your package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping fees may apply.

 

Shipping Notifications:

We will keep you informed about the status of your order via email. You will receive notifications when your order is confirmed, shipped, and delivered.

 

Self-collection:

We do not provide self-collection service at the moment.

 

Damaged Or Missing Items:

In case you observe damaged or missing items, you must notify and file a claim with the courier and inform us within 3 days after the delivery. We will assist on your process for refund claims with the courier in charge.
